Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://pressurewashingmontevallo.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes House Washing, Driveway Cleaning, Soft Washing, ATV Cleaning, Auto Detailing, Boat Detailing provided by The Toy Box Hot Wash. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. The Toy Box Hot Wash (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. The Toy Box Hot Wash may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. The Toy Box Hot Wash makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will The Toy Box Hot Wash's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
